In this video I demonstrate how you can use a cricket bat to stop you from rolling over in your swing. As I mentioned in the video this is not an easy tool to get your hands on, but if you can, it can really help in developing a mechanically sound swing.
Stop rolling over, learn palm up and palm down when you swing and stay long through the ball.
