Swing Fix – How to Stop Arm Barring

This little and very easy to find tool is the chucker. Using a chucker can help provide the necessary feedback to stop arm-barring, poor body connection and long swings. The chucker helps you feel how to swing with the shoulders, connect to the body and keep that lead arm bent as long as possible.
